Creekside is income-restricted — rent is set below market for families within certain income limits. The limit depends on how many people live in your home. Many apartments are reserved for lower-income families, so don’t rule yourself out — ask us and we’ll check.

You or a member of your household may qualify for a farmworker preference on the waitlist if you currently work in agriculture. This can improve your placement and shorten your wait. To verify, upload one of:
- A letter from your agricultural employer
- Recent pay stubs showing agricultural work

Do I have to be a farmworker to apply?
No. Anyone who meets the income limits can apply. But if you or a household member currently works in agriculture, you can claim a farmworker preference that may move you up the waitlist and shorten your wait.
How much is rent?
Rent is based on your income and apartment size. Two-bedrooms run about $1,191–$2,383/month, three-bedrooms $1,377–$2,754, and four-bedrooms $1,536–$3,072 — with many homes set at the lower, deeper-affordable end. The owner pays electricity, water, sewer, trash, and internet; you pay only gas.
Do I need to prove U.S. citizenship?
No. Proof of U.S. citizenship is not required to apply for Creekside Village.
What do I need to apply?
Bring your ID documents and income verification. For the farmworker preference, bring one of: a letter from your agricultural employer, recent pay stubs showing farm work, or self-employment records related to farm labor. Ask us and we’ll walk you through it.
